At CandidateX we believe that everyone, irrespective of background, should be able to achieve their full potential. Our core and only value is 'to become a Better Human'.

We work with diverse communities to create meaningful change and social impact.

And we've only just begun!

So far we have:

Mentored ambitious young leaders from underrepresented groups.

Supported the homeless and other disadvantaged individuals in their search to find work.

We have spent time providing allyship as speakers at LGBTQ+ events.

Donated kits and sponsored a youth football team whose players live in deprived inner city areas.

Run a marathon raising much needed funds for children with life-limiting illnesses.
